Good Morning Chicas.
Well, dumb me didn't check what my alarm was set for before going to bed last night. I wanted to get up at 5am so I could get in a f/b work out this morning and then do the recovery work out after work. Well the alarm was set for 6, not 5, so no weight work out for me.
Scale is still up from this weekend but I suppose I shouldn't wonder why after saturday night!
I ate well y'day (except for one piece of left over pizza at dinner) so I thought the scale would show improvement this morning (it normally will) but it was up .2 instead.
I don't like it but I'm not gonna freak out cause I know it's not real. Should start seeing that downward trend again tmrw morning! 
Okay, let me get this posted and then I'll be back for personals. If Lori snuck in on me in the meantime then I'll copy cut and paste this to her thread!
