Meal 1: vanilla soymilk, egg whites, little bit of walnuts, about half a yolk, mixed berries, oatmeal
Meal 2: boca burger, 1/2 oz lf cheddar, brown rice, big salad with grape tomatoes, carrots, celery and onion with a tiny bit of olive oil and balsamic
Snack: banana and a couple of walnuts
Meal 3: Lean Cuisine Spa meal of Chicken Pecan (sugar snap peas and brown rice) and a big helping of spinach with garlic and a tiny bit of olive oil
Snack: Kashi Chewy granola bar
Meal 4: 1 oz lf mexican blend cheddar, low carb ww tortilla, 1/4 cup black beans, serving of homemade veggie soup
Can you believe that after all that food I still didn't eat enough calories today? x(

Broke down to 29% Fat (nice and low in saturated fat though) 44% carbs and 27% protein. I'm shooting for 25% fat/45% carb/35% protein.
