Daily food check in 8/4/05

I GOT THE DATE RIGHT THIS TIME:+

breakfast: oatmeal and egg whites
lunch: tuna, mini trees, brown rice AND protein bar
dinner: i am going to break down and get eggrolls so i can stop obsessing about them

Mind if I join in? I love getting new meal ideas.

B: two eggs scrambled, topped w/ one slice reduced-fat swiss cheese, one slice ww toast
L: salad - coleslaw mix, shredded red cabbage, mushrooms, onions, turkey breast, crunchy lo mein noodles w/ lite dressing
S: cottage cheese & light yogurt
D: grilled pork loin, steamed veg, maybe some brown rice
S: probably protein pudding

I'll try to stay away from the wine!

Meal 1- Kashi High Protein Cereal w/scoop of vanilla protein powder
Meal 2- 6 deviled eggs and yogurt
Meal 3- 2 hamburgers, hummus w/wheat crackers, fruit
Meal 4- Protein Bar and salad
Meal 5- Meat and green beans w/cottage cheese
Meal 6- Protein Shake
Meal 7- Cheese and turkey hotdogs

I can't seem to get enough food to eat today.

B - Protein Shake
S - Kashi Go Lean cereal with 1/2 cup skim milk
S - Protein Bar
L - Chili made with ground turkey
S - Don't know because the protein bar was supposed to be my afternoon snack:7
D - Chicken, green beans, brown rice
S - All natural PB on whole wheat toast
