lunch: turkey and ww sandwhich
dinner: ground turkey with okra and tomatoes and brown rice
snack: cherries and strawberries

Jes, do you know the amount of calories for the food you ate today? I am just curious as it seems so low. I too have been thinking of going low on my calories for a week or two,

actually Terri, i haven't been counting lately. i just eat more on some days and less on others.
