breakfast: egg whites with sauted veggies 1/2 peice of pb toast
lunch: brown rice with tuna and egg whites
snack: protein shake
dinner: sweet potato, mini trees, raddishes, celery, coron on cob

Jes after how I ate yesterday July the 4th and today, I think your menu was little, hahaha, no offense but this is what happens when I eat more than usual, the ocasion was the damn 4th of July, I had 4 turkey burguers, fat free potatoe chips, as much as I wanted, and fruit salad and home made fat free icecream, as much as I wanted too, this morning I did boot camp with cathe, and I tell ya I had plenty of energy, by 2 o'clock I started to feel hungry and ate grilled stake and rice and fat free refried beans, and fruit salad, and jell-o, sugar free, but I didnt see my portions I kept going and going like the energizer bunny, now I am full, and after reading your post I thought, wow I ate a lot these two last days,
KEEP THE GOOD WORK JESS I would love to be in your shoes now, it is not a good feeling to be stuffed, but I will catch up with you, give a couple of days to eat less.

Hi good morning Jes and Norma. I have just done back and legs and ab rippped P90X. I will go to the swiming poll and I will use my stationary bike too. I have eaten a clean breakfast: not fat yogurt, cereals and orange juice. Have a great day everybody.
