lunch: tuna, brown rice and mini trees
dinner: ckn, sweet potatoe and something green

snacks: 2 protein shakes

I am an eating machine today

Breakfast - cereal / 12 grain toast with pb & blueberries
Snack(s) - apple, cherries, baby carrots, almonds & 3 dried apricots
Lunch - WW pasta with tomato sauce, cauliflower, asparagus and 'shrooms and a banana

I'm sure there's lots still to come.
 
But, Shelley, it's all good stuff!

Bfast - protein bar and oatmeal
Snack - 8 mini pretzels
Lunch - Hummus w/pita bread, salad
Snack - apple, orange
Dinner - prob. pasta w/veggies
Snack - more fruit
 
Bfast - coffee with SF creamer, oatmeal w/ PB and SF strawberry preserves

Snack - 1/2 c butterscotch pudding

Lunch - 1/2 c. AllBran, 1/2 c skim milk, banana smoothie (froz.
banana and 1 c. milk)


Supper - 2 cabbage rolls
3/4 c. Yellow squash ribbons/onion/parmesan cheese
Large salad with light done right dressing

Sorry guys... I am Weight Watchers and I measure everything, portion control, and it is ingrained....
