Today was circuit - I did Patrick's Hard Core Conditioning 24/7.
 
Hi all,

Sorry I have been missing in action but I have been working a lot. I did manage to get a workout in yesterday, I did a very interesting workout called Piloxing which was a mix of boxing and pilates (with a 5 min. warmup from an Fit TV Gilad workout). This workout was very good just needed to be longer.

Today I did CTX 10-10-10 the warm up, the kickboxing and hi/lo portions then did the Kickboxing only off of CTX Kickbox workout.

Feels good to get back to my workouts again.

Have a very Merry Christmas just in case I get busy with my baking and can't get here.:D
