Yesterday's LIC was just what I needed....a little bit of everything!

Now today I need to figure out what to do !!

What rotations is everybody doing ??

Does anyone know when the site goes down and what we have to do to prepare for it ??
I am so out of the loop!:eek:

Today is PS back and bi, with some chinups/pullups thrown in!

Tammy~ enjoy your workout

Becky~ I am doing my own rotation, PS as produced and HIIT on the treadmill (20 min) with abs, on my cardio days. I'm getting really good muscle tone/strength. I have one more week to go. I don't think we need to do anything to prepare for the new website, just make sure your email is correct.

I am glad you are getting good results Deanie, that is a great feeling, isn't it?

I am PMSing like crazy, I could eat everything put in front of me, and even the stuff in front of others!

I did Squeeze today, and it kicked my butt. I am feeling fatigued also right now, and that didn't help, but I made it through.

Becky - I think Deanie is correct, just check your email.

I also have a circuit day lined up I'm scheduled for the KPB/L&G High Step circuit premix but LIC looks good too lol

Not sure which I'll do.

Today is the last day of the 08 Get ready for summer rotation that I started back in June.

I ended up doing it backwards since I didn't quite workout during those 2 weeks family was visiting last month. I ended up tweaking it just a bit but I'm glad tomorrow is my rest day I really need it as I feel really tired.


It's also my oldest DD's 18th birthday today. OMG!!!! The time has gone by so quickly sheesh! So we'll be doing some celebrating here may take her out for dinner also.




Tammy, I'm also waiting for the caffeine to start doing its job as I'm feeling a wee bit sluggish this am. Once I feel 'up' I'll be getting my WO in.


Becky, like the others have said just make sure your email is current and you should have no issues. I am wondering if they will announce when they are going down for the switch.

LIC sounds good I may end up doing that one lol

Conni, I'm just a few days if not hours away from aunt flo visiting and I feel bloated and just plain ol' tired. I just want it over and done with so I can feel better :p :eek:

I bought some of the WW frozen desserts and they have helped the sweet cravings but not the tired 'I wanna crawl into bed' mood





Well Ladies I'm hoping this coffee does its job so I can get started on my WO and my day. We have a busy one in this household, not only is it a birthday today but dh wants to do some painting so we can be one step closer to putting this house on the market.

I ended up walking outside with my dog for 30 minutes, then doing BM2 Upperbody.

Deanie, when you say HIIT, I'm not sure exactly what that is. Do you have a program, like a CC or itread you follow, or you make it up ?
I like the sound of your rotation. It sounds like it gets in there and does the work, without being a long workout that drags on !!}(

Vilma~ Happy Birthday to your DS!18 and off to college in the fall!! A milestone:7 Is she your oldest? My boys are 12 and 8, so I can't even imagine 18 yet!!LOL

Becky~ The HIIT is programed into my treadmill, its called the sprint 8 program. Its 20 min. of intervals. And yes, 20 min cardio and abs and weight days are less than an hour! Gotta love it}(

Conni~ I hear you with the PMS thing-- that was me last week:+ (I like to pretend anything you eat during PMS doesn't count!!:7 )

I ended up sticking to what was on the rotation and completed the high step circuit premix from the KPC/L&G dvd

I usually don't eat before a WO and today during the abs section I felt the pikes more as I was soooo hungry lol


Deanie yes today is my oldest birthday

I have 3 children DD(now 18 as of today), DS 15 (almost 16 on Sept 1st), & DD who just turned 10 6 days ago. :)

I also remembered that I need to take ds to have his stitches removed today too so I have lots going on today

Hi all,

Becky, I do my own thing when it comes to my workouts, nothing special and lots of hodge podges.

I did about 50 min. of Amy Bento's Xtreme Kickbox today. Only cardio since I didn't do one yesterday. Tomorrow I will resume with triceps and cardio.
