Last evening: StepBlast

This evening: Perhaps I'll do what I was planning on doing last evening...Steady State cardio(about 40 minutes worth) and back work.

Morning everyone
I'm back from holidays and ready to w/o. I was in a Dick's Sporting Goods store in Maine and wow! neat store, we don't have them in Canada. Anyway how pathetic am I? I'm standing in front of the high step that they sell looking at the picture of Cathe on the box wishing I was doing a workout, probably a good 5 minutes I was looking at the box!!! I'm sure there was a dazed expression on my face.
Today will be GS chest and GS legs (standing only). And can anyone tell me if I do GS legs floorwork tomorrow would that be too much or do I need a days rest between?
