Jane, I like IMAX 3, but I find I have to modify some of the blasts. I can't do the one where you start out straddling the step and end up jumping on and off with both feet. I do plyo jumps on the floor instead followed by jacks.
Kim - PUB is fun.
I pulled out SS today. I haven't done it in months. I'd forgotten about all the equipment changes. Also, no one body part feels particularly worked. I tacked on some S/H biceps.

Kim, PUB is another one...everyone loves it and I just...well...I just DON'T! It's okay but probably one of my least fave Cathe weight work outs! Gosh, I must be a complete wierdo! LOL Have fun on the TM tonight!
Phyllis, The SS upper body blast premix is FANTASTIC. Have you done that one yet? Every fiber of every muscle in your upper body DEFINATELY gets worked! }( As far as the full w/o, would it help if you tried upping your weights perhaps? Just a suggestion.
Tonight is my running class. I may do upper body today as well. I don't HAVE to though so I'll decide later on.
It's off to work for me this morning so I can't do ANYTHING until after lunch anyway...

Just checking in to say hi. I am doing a FIRM cardio dance workout today that just came out. I previewed it last night and it looks great. Tomorrow I am going to finally do Step Blast or if my new IMAX2 DVD comes today, I will do that one.
I am just doing upper body today. My hamstrings are sore from all of the running. I will do GS BSB. I love that one. I am off to Target right now. Have a good day!
I did PUB shoulders this morning before the drywall guy showed up then after he left I did Billy's Fat Blasting Cardio workout and did the whole workout, I amazed even myself,LOL!! I almost stopped a couple of times. I almost didn't workout at all after doing shoulders but I am glad that I did!!
I did a short afternoon workout. SS u/b premix.
Just have not been feeling well lately. I can't wait to get back to some serious workouts!
Jane, good luck! Imax3 isn't a favorite of mine, but to be honest, I'm sure I haven't given it a fair shake. I need to get that out some day and give it another shot.

Oh yeah! I was really dreading IMAX3 but it's done with NO modifications. I've done this before, usually in the middle of one of Cathe's rotations like I am now (she works me harder than I work myself!)
I just wish I could do it without modifications and not look like I need an ambulance! }(
