Good morning. What are everyones plans for this weekend. I do't have anything special on tap - some pool time adnsome shopping - yea!

I'm resting today. I was sorta planning on it because of my funky work schedule and then I got home to a broken air conditioner and I knew the deal was sealed. I can deal with the sweat, but the hot flashes without air will do me in!! BTW, does anyone get irregular heart rhythms as a menapause symptom? My HR was going crazy yesterday. It happenes every so often - not alwasy when I WO.

Becky, are you sore from B&G? I'm not a fan of floorwork. I need to send my mind elsewhere while I'm doing it :(

Vilma - how was the movie? I heard good things.

Conni, yes SJP is a "happy" wo :)

Deanie, nice wo yesterday. How many pullups can you do? I've never done any and I'm afraid to try!

Annette, you deserved a day in the sun after working those tris so hard! :)

Good Morning Girls !!!

Hi Phyllis! I do feel it today from B&G yesterday. Not bad though. I actually prefer floorwork to countless squats & lunges .

I'm doing UB today. My last workout before vacation.
We leave in the wee hours for Hilton Head !
I can't wait !:7 :7

No irregular heatbeats . Yet, anyway. So far I just have the insomnia and about once a month for a week or so, I deal with night sweats. My dr. hasn't said I am dealing with perimenopause yet, but I'm thinking that's what it is .;-)

I'm off to choose my workout. I'm thinking maybe PUB, but we'll see.

Good Morning :)

Today was HIIT on the treadmill for me and PS abs. (not thrilled with the ab work on PS, so next week I will do something else)

No plans for the 4th, a community picnic and hanging by the pool for us.

Phyllis~ NO AIR!!! thats horrible! I am a BIG air conditioning gal:7 I hope it gets fixed soon. I don't have irregular heartbeats, but I am getting night sweats everyother month or so. I'm 43, so I'm guessing its a menopause thing.

eta:::: I do a pyramid system for chins and pullups: 1 chin up/ 1 pullup/5 pushups; 2 chins/2 pulls/5 pushups; etc. and then back down the pyramid. So I can do up to 5 chinups, but for the pullups I do negatives. If I don't do negatives, I can only do 1 1/2.
(I only do 5 pushups each time because pushups are usually in the Cathe workout I do. Theoretically you should add 5 pushups more each time you go up the pyramid)

I did PUB Up premix & BM2 UB for a GREAT UB workout! I feel PUMPED!!
Especially my BICEPS !!

Now I hope I can still push the lawn mower because I gotta cut the grass today!!

The HR thing is wierd. It doesn't happen all the time. I can go for a few weeks without anything. It's kinda scary though and I'm unsure about wether to see a doc(I hate that thought) or to just chalk it up to the big M. I have all the other M symptoms and have been Flo free since December.

DH is staying home today until the air conditioner fix it man arrives. Bless DH's heart. :)

Hello Ladies!

Rest Day for me today and after 6 days of working out my body is needing it today.

Wanted was a good action flick - hubby and I throughly enjoyed it & it held my interest throughout :), I absolutely love Angelina's back tattoos lol

No weekend plans for us - I may take the kids to the base here for the fireworks but other than that no plans :( Hubby is working, oldest DD has plans with her boyfriend (they also went to see Wanted last night and liked it too), my son wants to go and spend a few days at his friends house lol

I have plans to take them to the beach soon maybe for dd's 10th birthday next week.

I did biceps today (and my tris are hurting from yesterday). I did the warm up and biceps off of Muscle Max then did 2 seated biceps off of PSBB&A then I did one exercise off of Slow and Heavy for biceps, then for my cardio I did combos and intervals 1-3 off of Amy Bento's Hardcore Kickbox Xtreme and since it has gotten hot and humid again today I was sweatin' buckets so I quit early.

I was down in weight again today so I am now below the goal I had set for our family reunion on Sat. WHOOOOPEEEEE for me!!!!:) :7 :7

I realized that after my mom died 2.5 years ago that I gained like 16 pounds and it has taken me this long to get it back off, I am now down 17 pounds. A very slow loss but a loss none the less.

Have a great 4th, our reunion is on Sat. and I am off work that day so I can go. I bought a new dress to wear too so I should feel good.
