Daily checkin TGIF! Dec 7

Good Morning Glories!!

:D :D :D TGIF :D :D :D and it is PAYDAY for me :D :D :D !!!

Today after work it will be C & W...I slept well last night, went to bed an hour later than usual...go figure!

Phyllis ~ I think we are going out to dinner tonight too...I'll be thinking of you! ;)

Good morning Tammy and Phyllis and all that follow...

Phyllis - share some of that inner strength with me! Tomorrow is cookie day at MIL!!! :eek: :eek: I am finally down in my weight to where I need to be!!! My problem is eating one or two cookies! Who can eat one or two right-out-of-the-oven cookies!

Tammy - Happy payday! Glad you slept well last night. I slept so-so last night. Went to bed at 8:30, woke up at 11:30 and laid there until 1:30. Thank heavens I went back to sleep.

Today is LIS/S/C/C - my favorite! TGIF!!!!!
 
Daily Check-in

Good morning, Phyllis and Tammy and Jane! Happy Friday!

Mercy! I am so tired this week. The stress at work is wiping me out, and I have not been sleeping well this week. I have been awake since 2:00 a.m. I am looking forward to a restful weekend.

My Wednesday workout was the Body Max 2 timesaver cardio premix. I prefer the longer cardio blast premix. As much as I like the finished combos with no breakdown, I do not want to repeat them that many times! The choreography is not dancy enough for that many repetitions. Not to mention, I prefer the full cardio segment because I love the fun music in this one! The cardio and weights premix is my favorite one on this DVD.

My Thursday workout was the original Boot Camp. The core work still slays me! The time flies in this one, and I love the kickboxing moves. The terminators never get easier. I confess that I watched Cathe do those. I was seriously dragging my wagon through this workout. I do not think I lost cardio endurance last month though. I feel like I am coming down with something. It is possible that my body is still detoxing from the party Sunday night. I suspect that I unknowingly ate something I am allergic to like MSG. My ankles are swollen and appear to have donuts around them. Eek!

I forgot to mention this in my last update, but I definitely lost lower body muscle endurance last month. The plie squats and lunges in Muscle Max were unusually hard this week! I was surprised because I usually add the standing segment of Gym Style Legs. Muscle Max did not have enough lower body work for me the last time I did it prior to this week. It was very challenging Tuesday morning! Leaner Legs would make me cry now!

I did some comfort eating yesterday. That is a temptation for me when I do not feel great, and I caved. My portions were not out of control and my calories were likely at a maintenance level (not that I count calories), but my choices were not good. Today is a new day with fresh mercies. Praise God!

Cathe is waiting for me with the Low Impact Circuit cardio blast timesaver premix plus Butts and Guts abs. I am sleepy now and think I need a nap first!

LIC cardio premix and B&G abs today ! I won't sub....that sounds like fun !!! Of course, I could always SHOVEL for my cardio !;(

Jane, I know what you mean about eating 1 or 2 cookies. Personally, I really can't eat any, because if I do I can't stop. Maybe you can have a big mug of coffee or cup of diet soda to fill you up. Take your alloted cookies(s) and break them up and eat them slowly. Don't laugh at me, I'm just trying to help! :)

Today is Chest and Back and ARX again...and I JUST got over the DOMS from doing it Monday! LOL Gotta love it!}( :7

I finished LIC step premix and B&G stability ball abs.
Fun!

Hi everyone,

It seems like the holidays and all their evils ( hectic schedules, fatigue, fattening foods ) are in full swing on the temptation train.

We can all enjoy, but moderation is the key. Hey, easier said than done, believe me. Do I have to confess how many marshmallows I had last night while I was making my low fat cocoa????
Anyways, lets' not beat ourselves up, lets just acknowledge our weak moments and live for the next day.

Life is too short, yes?

Today was my sub for the LIC thing in the rotation - Gay Gasper All Infused Step and core workout. Fun!!

I DID IT!!! I made my first mini goal for weight!!! I was .2 below my mini goal!!!! I am soooo happy!!!!


Rest day for exercise for me, but just had to post my success!!!!!!!:7 :7 :7 :) :D :) :7
