Good Morning Fitness Women,

Yesterday: Lower Body Split (Firm), Gym Style Chest and Stretch Max#3
Lower Body Split is a great workout for those doing freestyle. It is 72 minutes of mostly standing leg work. There is floor leg work in the workout too (about 16 minutes) and it has about 4 short cardio segments that focus on kicks, plyos, lowend squats etc. Tons of lunges, reverse lunges and other leg exercises. Lot of CleanMax and errandMax yesterday too.

Today: Floor leg work (either gymstyle or PLB) and upper body work.
Have to go to work this afternoon to prep for a board meeting.
