Where is everyone today? Hopefully, you're outside enjoying the beautiful weather!

HC extreme #2 for me this AM.I told myself in the beginning that I wasn't going to do the KM challenge, but I did it anyway! I'm glad I did.

Next week I'm going to do Ajocks Faux CTX rotation. It's a good one.

Lookie another Saturday workout for me!! YIPPEE!!!

I did Billy's Fat Blasting Cardio with heavy ankle weights and weighted gloves.

Yesterday I ordered another Kimberly Spreen workout off of Collage Videos called Cardio Camp. I like her and am hoping this next workout is as good or better than the other one I have of hers.

Daily Check-in

Happy Saturday! I slept until 8:00 a.m. this morning then did my Bible study and Step, Jump, & Pump. My workouts are energizing me now instead of wiping me out. I am amazed at how much more energy I have now that I am getting to bed at a decent hour every night.

Have fun today. Texas is having a sales tax holiday this weekend, so it is time to go shopping!

Phyllis, great workout. I am looking forward to the day when I can tackle Hardcore Extreme. It sounds like so much fun!

This morning I did CC#1 on the treadmill then Ripped to the Core.

Phyllis: Great workout...you are on quite a roll.

Annette: Good for you!

Heather: You sound upbeat and energized....good workouts!

Wendy: "Ripped" was one tough workout! I went too lite on some exercises and too heavy on some others. I think this workout really points out your strengths and weaknesses. There is a lot of potential in this DVD and I am quite pleased with the purchase. Thanks for the recommendation! I can't wait to try it again!

Hi to all above and any late comers below. I did Seasun Ziegler's Straight Up Step this morning. I haven't done it since before vacation, and I really hadn't mastered it then, so it's still almost like a brand new workout for me. That means the time flies. Then I got really inspired and cleaned to family room carpet. We have a church picnic this afternoon with fried chicken and lots of dessets. Hope I don't make too much of pig of myself!

Today I bought a dvd doing standing a floor ab/core work. It was Crunch fitness and really impressed me! I usually wouldn't buy crunch fitness. I am so used to Cathe!

I did standing core/abs section.
