I did 25 min. consisting of a warm up off of Body Max, then did select biceps and triceps off of MIS, Power Hour and Body Max then did 25 min. of Billy's Lower Body Bootcamp with my ankle weights on. Nice workout considering I didn't want to do what I had originally planned to do for cardio, sigh, it was one of those days when nothing looked appealing. But I did something and that is all that counts....
I have a staff meeting this afternoon so I have to get ready for that.
