Good Afternoon Fitness Friends,

This morning, I did MIC & the ab ripper X, I see why MIC is a popular workout it is easy to follow but it is a calorie killer.

Okay, I got through the BC everything but core premix and my foot never bothered me! :7 Then I added on the abs from Leaner Legs at the end. I had a pretty good fire in my abs from that one! }(

HRM stats for BC based on 39 minutes:
Avg Hr: 135 Peak Hr: 167 Cals burned: 434

BTW-I completely forgot that I wanted to attempt BC TWICE! DUH! Maybe I PURPOSELY put it out of my mind! :p LOL Oh well, another time...I PROMISE! ;)

I've been missing this place for the past few days. I have been working out, but making time for it has been tough. I have certainly needed it though, because work (job)has been busy and stressful.

Well, yesterday I did the first half of MIC and then did a half hour of lower body weights (no taped routine, just my own).

Tomorrow I will do Imax 3 and PUB. Sunday is PLB, but I can't remember which cardio - I may do a non-Cathe tape, but then again, I may not be able to resist when I do decide.

Just finished my w/o.... MIC... it certainly looks popular today. That is one killer w/o!!! It is like the energizer bunny... it keeps going and going and going!!!

AHR 145 MHR 172 Calories burned 593. 70 minute w/o.

I may add on some ab/core work a little later. I need to "just do it". I don't know why I've let my ab work slide. I have done it in the last two days though.

It's the weekend and I don't have to work!!! YAY!!!
