**Daily Checkin for Nov. 28th or Black Friday!!**

Can't believe I am the first to post the check in.

I did the Cardio Conditioning premix off of KPC with ankle weights on, I also did select standing legwork off of Legs and Glutes for some much needed legwork. My weight wasn't too bad this morning after having Thanksgiving dinner.
