I think I'll do a CTX today - not sure which one. I know it won't be AllStep - too hard on the knee.

Good Morning Phyllis and all who come after

It must be a CTX kinda day....Today I also am doing CTX.:) I plan on doing CTX step and intervals on an 8" step (we'll see how it goes) and ab work.

I am a vegetarian, and my family is not thrilled with Turkey, so we are having a non traditional meal for thanksgiving: pumpkin and bean soup, dairy kugel and lots of veggies. And for dessert my kids requested chocolate pudding pie, easy to make and yummy to eat:p

Today is my kettlebell day. I had wanted to do the new Empire DVD, but I haven't previewed it yet, so I think I will stick with AOS Providence and save the new DVD for another day. The boys start arriving today starting with DS#3.

have a good time with your workout today. Are you cooking? I'm not looking forward to all the cooking as I do it alone while I'm in the kitchen all morning but ahh well I do it for my family :)

Deanie Sounds like you'll be having a yummy meal- chocolate pudding pie? yumm :p

Tammy I like the clubby music in the iTreads but yes I tend to zone Grace's words out lol Never did get my run in yesterday as I had to go to my lil one's school for a ceremony. I didn't get haome until a bit after 5pm and by 7 I was in bed. I've been running around for the past week and a half it seems so I'm just exhuasted.

Deanie, I did Step and Intervals too - but not on an 8 in step. The knee is TONS better. I still have twinges with some pivot moves, but for the most part all is good. I'm amazed at how quickly it has healed - thank goodness! I'm still tentative about what I do, and I wear the knee brace when working out.

Mmm, dairy kugel - is it sweet? I haven't had any of that in ages!
 
Phyllis~ Dairy kugel is sweet- and yummy. Egg noodles (I use whole wheat, cream cheese cottage cheese and sour cream with sugar and eggs- what could be bad?;)) I forgot about all the power 15s and 7s in step and interval- I was soaked by the end!!!:eek: Glad your knee is feeling better

Hi Phyllis, I ordered Kelly Coffey's 30 Minutes to Fitness, just needed a shorter weight workout with a different twist from Cathe. I also preordered Coffey's 30 min. Kickboxing workout, again shorter kickboxing for busy days.

I am pumped today also I did ALL of Amy Bento's Xtreme Kickboxing with weighted gloves on. I hadn't done the whole workout in a very very long time but it felt good and it is nice to workout without being on a time crunch.

I am finding that I can't do jumping jacks anymore my one knee is giving me sharp stabs of pain when I do so I have to modify which is fine, just annoying.

Maybe the workout will come today.
