Deanie, I did Step and Intervals too - but not on an 8 in step. The knee is TONS better. I still have twinges with some pivot moves, but for the most part all is good. I'm amazed at how quickly it has healed - thank goodness! I'm still tentative about what I do, and I wear the knee brace when working out.
