Can't believe I am first...today was a 30 minute Advanced Full Body Taebo off YouTube with wrist weights on.

Very good and sweaty.

Oh I have been asked to introduce a younger lady to the sled, so we are getting together next Tuesday after her training session.

Good Sunday Morning Everyone,

Today I did 2.0 for Upper Body 2 = 1 hour. I almost didn't work out today and I actually managed the whole thing! Thank goodness I am on the mend. Geesh. What a week. I couldn't work almost the entire week. Anti-biotics saved the day! So glad to see everyone checking in! Yeah.
