Good morning ladies,

I am finished working out bright and early this morning as I have to be downtown by 9 am for more training.

I just finished doing Cathe's Lower Body Trisets again (that is such a goooood workout - i've warmed to this one). I followed up with the first 15 minutes of Horizontal Conditioning Bootcamp. Ha ha - that was all I could muster. HC Bootcamp is as the reviews state - BRUTAL!!!!! BH has nuthin' on this woman! Yet presents as so sweet????

Hi Siobhan,

Hope your training goes well today. Just finished some chores, cleaning out the fridge ( no surprise foods, whats up with that?lol). DS at a golf tournament, Getting ready to do some more housework, then taking Sherman for a walk.

Today was Crossfire. Nice to do this after a month on the rotation with oldie workouts.
 
I did my usual cardio (30 min), core (Ab Hits 2) and rotator cuffs.

I've had no pain in the left rotator cuff for a few days, and now none in the right either (but three sets of 15 @ 3lbs is still burning nicely).
 
Good morning everyone,

This morning I did STS Meso 3/wk 4 chest/back. I supersetted it and did CrossFire segments during my rests. It only added on an extra 6 minutes in total and I ended up burning 550 calories!!!!! Now that was a terminator like workout. I am spent. I will do my core workout later in the day - I PROMISE.

Conni - My training was outstanding. I am working towards a post-grad certificate in solution focused brief therapy. I have more training in October.

Carmen - Do you have Cathe's Cross Fire and TTM? I know you like short intense workouts and these two are full of them

Zhaoyang - I am impressed you've dedicated so much time to learning a new language. What prompted you to choose mandarin?

Annette - I hope to see your check in tomorrow

okay, i did my abs. I did Lisa Watson's Strong Stride Core Workout from Program 1 and then did the Planks workout from the same program. It was 15 minutes long. It was tough but good. My right wrist is hurting so no HC for me today.
 
Hi ladies,

Today was Shred it with Weights with Jillian, both workouts 1 and 2.

Cleaned up the grill today while DS mowed the lawn. Got cleaning done and otherwise am having an uneventful day...
 
Happy Sunday ladies. Today was Firestarter using weighted gloves. She kicked my butt. I couldn't continue on after that workout. Jumped in the pool to cool off. Porkloin for dinner tonight.

Siobhan I do not have those workouts. I love shorter workouts. Ill have to check those out.

CiciFifi - Thank you for asking. I had studied some others when I was younger. Now that I'm older and hoping I have enough brain cells left :) for one more, I thought it must be interesting enough and must be a big enough challenge to last the rest of my life. It turns out that Chinese was a good choice, as after five years it is only just coming alive in my mind. Then I made some friends, and one of them is important enough to me to keep me wanting to continue and to speak better. I study the calligraphy too and it is very interesting.
(Do you speak French? Incidentally, I took French in high school and Russian in college, and to me Russian was easier, and Chinese grammar is also much easier than French grammar.)

Today I walked about two hours (non-aerobic) and worked my shoulders.
