Hi Everyone,
Yesterday I managed only a short weight workout for about 25 minutes. I was not feeling well yesterday - not sure why. Nauseous the whole day.
Today I did SSOD cycling + KB workout. I added on two segments from PLB - plie squats and lunges. Sweating!
