Hi everyone,

I hope you have a relaxing weekend ahead.

This morning I did Step, Jump & Pump - Step + Hi/lo premix (inspired by clips from Cathe's greatest hits). Boy was this fun!

Next, I did STS Squat Rack Legs disc 1 - I shortened the rests as I don't have heavy enough weights at home (I max out at 30 pounds in each hand).

Then, I did the extended stretch. I am a sweaty mess but glad I got in a big workout after feeling crappy this week.

Today was GS Bis and Tris, STS Ab Yoga segment.

I managed a Saturday workout, YAY for me!! I did the last 30 min. of the Ultimate Taebo that I did the first 60 min. of yesterday so I am good.

Hi ladies,

We are all plugging along quite nicely this weekend, great job Annette on the Saturday workout!
Today was Xtrain Cardio Leg Blast. I really love this series, probably my favorite.
