Today was CTX Step and Intervals.

Lots of chores today, ugh! It is going to be nice, though, so I think Sherman might be getting a bath...hmm

missed you yesterday.

I must pull out CTX soon. I like cathe's spirit in the older workouts. I mean I like her now too - she was just different back then.

today I did STS Squat Rack legs (I do not have a squat rack - she doesn't use one) and I don't have a barbell, but I do have legs and weights. I will need to buy heavier weights. 60 pounds isn't enough for legs. You can lift a lot with your legs.

Anyway........ then I did a short, gentle yoga practice.

Hi ladies,

I did Kelly Coffey-Meyers' 30 minutes to Fitness TLC boxing workout then did Taebo Express Kick Express for my cardio today. So not bad for a Saturday workout.

this morning i did cross fire triple tabata + 16 minutes of step blast.

i hope to do some yoga or abs later.

Hi all,

Today was CTX Power Circuit. CTX is done..I have to admit the Power 15's were getting a little old, but I have to say Cathe had some nice choreography in these workouts.

Today the in-laws are coming over for lunch, so not excited. My MIL is not my fav person in the world....
Anyways, Sherman did get his bath ( pic is over on my FB page) and I also scrubbed the family room carpet. Lawn today!

Just finished Xtrain Bis and Tris. Great workout. What do you all think of the new DVD series. I'm watching the clips and I'm not feeling the love...

Watched the movie "Freedom Writers" with Hilary Swank. Great movie.
