Daily Check in Weekend of October 12 & 13, 2013

Good Saturday morning everyone,

This morning I did STS Meso 3 week 2 - shoulders/bi's/tri's. Then I did X10 low impact. Loving X10.

Lots to do this weekend. Painting the kids bathroom and dinner at my sister's tomorrow for turkey dinner.

Good workouts from us all yesterday.

I guess it's just me checking in with me:)

This morning I did Rockout Knockout - first two segments + heavy bag. I did not do the kickbox combo's this time. I really like this workout a lot. I was a sweaty mess wow.

Hi Siobhan,

Tried to check in yesterday but couldn't get into the site to save my life.

Saturday - Party Rockin Step 1 - This is the danciest step workout that Cathe has ever done, and is the most complex. 6 great combos and I worked up a sweat. Not puke in a bucket type of thing, but still a nice cardio workout with a lot of smiles!

Today was Xtrain Chest,Back and Shoulders, and Core 2.

Got a lot of stuff done yesterday and hopefully not to much to do today, but somehow the list grows...
