I couldn't check in yesterday as I was way too busy and did not workout. Today, however, I managed a really crappy workout of cycling + WB legs mix - about 35 or 40 minutes.
There you are! Crappy workout is better then no workout!
Yesterday was rest day. Literally. Took 2 hr nap. Today is ICE kickboxing. Tomorrow is legs again. Ugh. Despise leg workouts. Going to try pyramid Lower body.

Melanie I love leg day! Now upper body day is another story. I really think it’s because I hold all of my weight in my upper body and I never really see any change in it no matter how much I work out.
I have a massage today which I am super grateful for.
Question: I teach classes at the gym 3 days a week for free(membership for myself and my youngest son which I would get mine for free whether they paid me or not). When they dropped me from my Monday 10:30 spot I was not given a say in the matter. Just an email stating what the change would be starting the 1st of the month which was a week away.
Do you think that I should have been informed of the possible changes before they happened? I am beginning to feel slighted about the whole situation.
