Fridge better come today, we are just about out of food!
Carmen - It is a Maytag Stainless with the bottom drawer freezer, got a great deal at Home Depot during the Black Friday Sale, or I would not have gotten the bottom drawer model.

Today was MIS Upper Body and core. Supposed to be STS Total Body upper premix, but I wanted more than 24 minutes.

Chores, leaves, and hopefully grocery shopping later!!

Hi everyone,

Today I did an hour long BJ Gaddour Ultimate Bootcamp workout. Wow.

Kettlebells are shedding fat off my body. Slipped easily into my smaller jeans today - yowza!

Have you all been watching more stuff about our mayor? Google Jon Stewart's latest - it's worth watching. He's done. Council is stripping him of all his power come monday.

Siobhan I've been watching about the mayor....political drama at its best. I'm so glad to hear about your kettlebell success. I asked Santa for a 15 and. 20 KB and the Laura Brooks new video.

Homemade soup and a walk with mom. Conni love that freezer drawer model. I wish I had gotten it. Can't seem to fit stuff in these side by sides.

All of us checking in yesterday - nice!

Carmen - I looked at Lauren Brooks and read that she uses a mix of double and single KB's so I removed it from my wishlist. I added, instead, Paul Katami and RKS. We shall see....

This morning I did another BJ Gaddour workout - love that guy. He motivates me and cracks me up. I added 100 KB swings and a 10 minute yoga stretch.

Have a great days friends. I am off the the Santa Claus parade. In a city this big - It ain't gonna be pretty. Our mayor has actually been asked by the parade organizers to not attend.

Happy Sunday ladies - just finished a 12 min intense ZCut strength workout, added in 2 min of jump rope, then Three sets of 8 pull up/chin ups. My husband bought the Perfect pull up assist. Its a stretchy thing that attaches to the pull up bar and offers 50 pounds of assist. I'm able to do 6 pull ups before I can feel my husband assist me for the last two.

Siobhan which KB workouts do you have/recommend?
