Hi Conni,
Good workout! Intensity is intense.
Today I did Xtrain Bi's/Tri's plus Jari's Extremely ripped and chiselled bi's/tri's. I love workout my biceps. Then I moved on and did 27 minutes of Born To Move Workout 1 - yikes! that is rough. I dropped the weights early on.
I am just around the house too. I am glad for a break. Tidying tidying and more tidying.
See you tomorrow.

You ladies must be lean and fit! Great workouts. The knee MRI is Tuesday morning but I'm feeling so much better and not limping. I plan to start working out again tomorrow or Monday. I'm off work again until August. The guy I worked for is a very nice low drama guy.

Hi everyone,
This morning I did Aero Jump/Sculpt all the way through for the first time. I do not use a jump rope but my heart rate still stays up past the 80% zone the whole time. I am impressed with myself today.

Hi,
Crazy day yesterday, spent over 2 hours at the vet, they were really backed up due to a dog having internal bleeding and they had to do surgery. They even brought in dogs to donate blood for a transfusion. Needless to say it was a long afternoon after that, running around to catch up to my day.
Got flowers and potting soil - ready to make my patio beautiful today.
This morning was Hiit 40/20 and STS abs no equipment.
Carmen - Please take it easy until they do the MRI and really know what is going on...
Glad your boss is laid back, it makes life so independent, doesn't it?
Ribs on the grill today, slaw and beans. Time to enjoy a long weekend!
