Hello Everyone,

Today I did about 45 minutes of an Yvette Bachman KB workout and then I added on another 20 minutes of a youtube KB workout. I had a good burn.

I am not working this weekend!!!! yeah. I am training to become a tarot card reader - for fun only. I will let you know how it goes.

Hey all, I did Laundry Max too, Henriette!:). Just finished my cleaning also and did my YouTube Rowing
Workout. Really liked it! It's 20 min and you start with a warmup rowing, then do 4 Hiit 20/10 intervals
(Hard/light) rowing, then 5 circuits of exercises with 30 sec of light rowing in between (squats, bicycle crunches
On machine, 2 rowing sprints, and Walk outs to planks. Then another short interval of rowing and off the rower
To stretch. A lot in 20 min!
 
Rest day here. And shopping with hubby at Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops and Christopher and Banks (I used my birthday percentage off and they had a 25% off sale so I got both discounts).

So I got a sweater and tank top at Cabela's and tried on stuff at Bass Pro Shops but didn't get anything. Then at CJ Banks I got 2 tops for Spring and Summer.

Eating was very off today but everyone needs an off day[emoji1]!

Hi everyone! Siobhan please let us know how it went. Tarot cards are intriguing. Linda, your workout sounds great. I’ve never done rowing. Henriette is everyone feeling better. I can’t remember if I’ve done that particular Live class. But I’ve definitely been doing a lot of streaming lately. Annette, who doesn’t love new clothes? I love a good bargain. Right Henriette? Hell yes!!

Today I did Gym style legs. I’m feeling it. That workout has a bite to it.

Today is hubbys birthday. I got him a “driving experience “. We’ll go to the race track, he takes a safety class, then suit up and strap in then hit the race course. His friend did it years ago and loved it. It’s not until June.

Yep, the rowing workout was good and I will re-visit it again. Straight rowing can get boring to me, but this was
On & off machine, with different exercises, and time flew by. I have some scenic rowing workouts too and picked
Out some of those on YouTube to do, but this one was a "class-style" workout.

My plans are to do the latest CatheLive today, I hope I can....everyone have a blessed day!

Annette - I had a lot of bread yesterday myself which is not good cos 100% of the time I have a reaction to wheat - instant mucus, breathing issues, constant clearing of my throast, discomfort in my stomach - but I didn't bring enough food for the day

I am back at Tarot again today. All day. Then I have 5 more individual sessions with the instructor in the coming months. I have always wanted to learn Tarot. I've been learning on my own for about 2 years and have learned a lot but I need structure in order to absorb info. I am really enjoying it.

Wow, just finished the latest CatheLive, "Move It".....I did the modifications and it was still a tough workout, but
It was loads of fun....moved it to my "favorites" Peg :)
 
Rest day again. Just bought the workout version of Livin' Thing by Electric Light Orchestra on iTunes to use in future workout mixes. Loved that song back in the day, LOL!!

Hi ladies! Annette I used to listen to ELO all the time, I even have some songs on my iPod. Love the older stuff even though WE are not old.

Linda, I want to do the newest live too but it's short. So I'm saving it for a day I'm short on time or have something I want to add to it.

Siobhan, how's it going? I'm very curious to hear what you learn.

Today I thought I was going to do Michelle Dozois Bodyfit 360 for a nice gentle workout but ending up doing another Yvette. I like to fit in the longer stuff when I have time. She's totally with it.

Since I rested up from CatheLive, I moved on to Kelly and did the Cardio Sculpting premix on Start Here DVD.
Only is 20 min so that wasn't too bad. Something else tomorrow!
 
Sunday I did Cathe Live Jabs and Kicks. Loved it!

Peg - yes everyone is finally better, most of us just have bad colds now. Also Mick is trying to catch up with his missed meals so is more hungry during the day and unpredictable during the nights.

Oh I forgot I also did the Bonus Chair section from Great Glutes, but that was not much more than 5 minutes. I wonder if it is meant to be that short or if my DVD was acting up. It was great add on for calves and a little bit of hamstrings, but that was it really.
