Errands today, lots of errands and cleaning...

DS at State championships today for Speech and Debate. He is going to be tired when he gets home later tonight!

Today I did Butts & Guts - 50 minutes

Next I did about 20 minutes of 10 pounds down Cardio Abs - my running shoes were bothering me????

I hope you all have a relaxing weekend.
 
Haven't worked out in three days. Knee feeling better. Hope to work out Sunday. I got a call from the place im suppose to go work for in august. The gal will be having foot surgery in april and they want me to cover for three weeks. Im happy. It will be good opportunity to see if we work well together.

I will check in on Sunday. Have a good one.

Hi ladies,

Siobhan - great minds were thinking alike yesterday, lol! Getting tired of the drill format, ready to do some subbing for the next rotation.
Having said that I did Pure Spice Cinnamon today for the second time. This is the most fun I have had sweating in quite a while! Leg workout tomorrow.

Carmen - great news on the job front. This is going to be a great trial run for you!!

Carmen - good news good news!!!!! I am happy for you. I hope you are fully mended to workout now.

I was away for the night at a friend's cottage. I got back early and managed to do Burn Sets Chest, Shoulders and Triceps + 4 minutes Tummy Torching Tabata from Jessica Smith's 10 pounds down cardio abs + the Abs section from MMA Boxing (a recommendation from the forum - it was good). Whew. I am finished 'til tomorrow.
