Hi everybody! This Saturday morning I did Maximim Intensity Cardio, an oldie but goody! Added chin-ups and pull-ups of my own. These never get easier. This afternoon I will go out with the dogs and do some shopping maybe. This morning I also purchased a new pair of fitness shoes fro Reebok web site: Zprint Train is the model, that should be specific for interval training. Stay strong and happy! Sun shining outside, temperature mild mild. Italy is beautiful, despite all the problems we have!
 
Hi all!

Today was an unplanned rest day. I spent the morning getting my hair cut and colored and all afternoon at the club watching and coaching. Now we are picking up so I think I'll have to work extra hard tomorrow.

Italy is beautiful, despite all the problems we have!
Oh, would love to visit sometime! I have not done any overseas travel in such a long time & I miss it. Italy, of course, has always been in the list.

Indecisive & didn't know what to do today & the day wouldn't quit throwing curveballs my way....lol, but when I got some space on my own did a Low Impact 45 min intermediate fitnessGlo Total Body Step & Weights and Leah Sarago Shoulder Scoop II. It was a good choice. I didn't wear myself out.

Good day ladies! This morning I decided to challenge myself with Afterburn. It was not easy after yesterday's Maximum Intensity Cardio but I did it. This one alway gets my heart rate up to the sky

I am going to take it easy today. Probably just go for a long walk a little later. Feeling very tired and my legs (tibialis, digitorum etc.) are aching.

Sorry you are a bit sore today Elsie. And Sandy - whoa - you are strong - MIC, then Afterburn? Henriette - my youngest DD got her haircut yesterday too - her hair is long, thick and red - just like yours.

Today I did Rippedism Chest/shoulders + Foundation Legs. These are stellar workouts and the time just flies by. I can't get enough of these guys. I am doing a rotation so will get back to Cathe eventually - and here and there.

Hi All,

Siobhan, as you can see on my flushed profile picture, I no longer have long reddish hair, but a long bob (lob) in chestnut red. The picture is not the best as it was just after my w/o and shower today and taken by my son, but it beat the selfies I tried, which automatically airbrush the whole face and I look like someone else. It's been 10 years since my hair was this short, and 1,5 years since it was this dark red color, but I like it and so far all that have seen it said it suits me.

I decided to copy Sandy's w/o although I think we can change the name to During & Afterburn. At least at some points during the exercises I felt the burn. I was meant to try it tomorrow, but now that I have discovered the streaming on totalfitnessdvds at night is crap, I think I will stick to dvds when I do w/o at night. I liked Afterburn. Really good w/o, I was dripping with sweat and I felt my HR way up there, although I had no way of checking as I have misplaced my HR watch. Will have to track it down... should be somewhere in the house. Problem is I sometimes wear it as a sportswatch for giving bball trainings, so who knows where I have left it.

Henriette, that colour really is GORGEOUS on your skin!! Excellent choice & congrats on a stylist who knows you - not always easy to find! :)
 
Thanks Elsie, but actually the stylist didn't know me at all. It was the first time I tried this salon and I knew exactly what I wanted. They only charge 11 euros for coloring, no matter how much hair you have. You can't make an appointment or choose the stylist, you just go there and wait and I was lucky enough not to have to wait and to get a good stylist.
