Hi everyone,

Today was TF EZ 55 and 100 crunches. Would someone tell me why this is called EZ??? For me, it is the hardest TF to complete...

Doing errands today, cleaning,and watching NCAA basketball..

DH is doing okay, still in alot of pain, but I think we can address that. He is grieving so much for his career right now, I can't blame him. He was the absolute best in the city, and had a great reputation, until the hotel was bought out and the owners decided a man with a disability was a liability..can you tell I am angry????
 
Ended up working yesterday so no workout. But today I did parts of 2 circuit workouts off of Exercise TV for my exercise. Ended up being about 33 min. of a workout, not too shabby. Involved both cardio and weights so that is good.

Off to a birthday party for myself and my mil this afternoon. Have a great day!!:p
 
Today I did drill max in its entirety. I usually do a premix from it but decided to do the whole thing. wow. i was dying on the last couple of drills - at least - likely even earlier. Cathe is tough. I burned over 500 calories and sweat was pouring off my face and my hair was soaking. And.. I actually couldn't do a few parts from some drills towards the end 'cos of my back else I'd of burned even more. wow. i love this dvd.
 
Good afternoon everyone! Today I'm doing a 10 min bodyrock challenge. The focus is not speed but balance and control. Its 10 minutes of breakdance pushup with side knee tuck. Extremely challenging move. I had to modify immediately. I did 58 reps modified on knee without the 2 sec hold. I also did TJ 20 min workout.

I got Supreme 90 at Bed Bath and Beyond. Looking forward to starting that in April.

Connie -I imagine that having to leave a job you love and are good at is very difficult. Stay strong! There is a rainbow ahead of you.

Late check-in

I got up early this morning (well at least for me on a Saturday it was early;) ) Today's workout was S90 Chest/Back. I went heavier with my weight selections which slowed me down...had to hit pause a few times. Tomorrow is ultimate ball and I also want to get some cardio in.

After that, I had a hair appt and a pedicure followed by a trip to the mall to get some shopping done and to pick up a birthday gift for my niece.

Conni ~ So far haven't been crazy about S90 Legs or the cardio workout. You have every right to be angry re your husband's job.

Carmen ~ Great workouts this week. Glad you found S90.

CeciFifi ~ DrillMax is a great workout...

Good morning! Today I did stretch max on stability ball. I'm very sore today. Especially abs, triceps. So i really needed it.

Its especially gorgeous here this morning. Hubby and I getting ready to go out for breakfast. There's a little cuban restaurant that serves 3 eggs, bacon or ham, cuban bread and cuban coffee all for $2.99. Best deal in town. :p

Not too much planned for today...

Hi everyone,

Tammy - SP legs grew on me to the point where I do like it. I am not fond of Total Body, Cardio Challenge is okay, but I really like the Tabata workout.

Thanks for the encouragement, you guys, Carmen - I will keep my sights set for that rainbow!

Today was SP 90 Back and Bi's, and 100 crunches. That was a tough workout! I really like the core work that Tom uses in all of the workouts prior to starting in on the object of the day.

Tomorrow is a Hiit and then SP 90 Ultimate Ball.
