Hi Conni,
Today I did LIS Trisets Upper Body Split + 10 minute BJ Gaddour abs assault workout.
Just curious - did any of you have a wedding song? I never had a dance at my very small wedding so I do not have a wedding song and I never got an engagement ring either. At the 10 year mark Greg bought me (reluctantly) a bracelet made by a jewellery artist (which I never wear even though it's nice - just a big bracelet).
A friend of mine had the song "it might be you" by Stephen Bishop at her first wedding. I just love that song. It's so nice.
Have a great day everyone. My DH is the CFO (budget guy) for someone running against our Mayor's Brother (former mayor's ward) or whatever family member is replacing him - no announcement yet. What does this mean for me? I have to attend a campaign BBQ today. Ladies, I've got the biggest mouth. I must show up with a muzzle!!!! I will. I will. I will keep my mouth shut today. And, until the campaign is over.

Hi ladies this week flew by so fast!!! No workouts for me since Tuesday and It looks like this weekend is a bust too

Siobhan - My husband and I danced to "The Prayer" by Andre Bocelli. How was the BBQ?
I've been busy with lots of community engagement stuff for local republican party and Hispanics. its been all voluntary work after work hours but its starting to get noticed by several people. I was asked if I'd like a job as Hispanic Initiatives field director for this area. The pay is half what I'm making now, but its doing the community engagement work I love. My current "do nothing" boss has expressed to some people that he thinks I'm gearing up for a run against him... . He barely talks to me and if anyone comes in our office and begins interacting with me, he comes out and makes sarcastic comments in an attempt to be funny but looks more like someone vying for attention. His funny attempts are at my expense and people usually come back in the office when he's not there and ask me "what's up with him". I don't say anything to my boss because I find it funny that he's making an idiot of himself and he doesn't realize it.
I'm thinking about the field director job or waiting till December and retiring.....praying on everything and staying positive.

AC broke today....house reaching 82 degrees....ugh!

Hi ladies,
Carmen - I hope your AC gets working soon, Florida is no place to be without air at some point. I think you will make the right decision, let your heart tell you what is right, you always do..
Siobhan - I also never had a wedding song, we had a small cocktail affair that was actually really nice and relaxing, but no real traditional stuff...
Today was a rest day - I did BH Yoga Warrior.

This morning I did a 30 minute Hoco workout and added on a BJ Gaddour 10 minute torcher.
