Daily Check in weekend of june 3 & 4, 2017

Hi Everyone,

Rest day yesterday for me too. This morning I did Cathe Live - total body - her recent one. I really enjoyed it. I did not do the core section but instead moved onto a short WB workout for squats and biceps.

Busy day ahead for me today. Happy Birthday Missy. What a workout. Good for you. Henriette - I hope you are feeling okay - Unfortunately, I never enjoyed being pregnant yet so many women do. Being a mom - well, that's been way better.

Sure what I will get done today, hopefully at least the laundry and a start on cleaning. I did do a Leslie indoor
Walk this morning (1 mile) . Maybe I can get another workout in later today....I wish they would start showing

Hi ladies! Ceci, you know I had to get my hands on some cheesecake! We went to dinner with my mom last night (Italian) and all I could think of was CHEESECAKE! Yes I had some, shared it with my mom. So today I did Toby Massenburg Chiseled. Holy crap! I'm feeling a rest day coming.. Elsie I hope everything is ok. I'm thinking of you. Be well everyone.
 
I don't know how I did it, but we got the bath done, I cleaned & did laundry. Didn't get to the grocery store tho',
I will tackle that tomorrow. I just finished another blender, my other Tabatacise workout, longer one, with
2 rounds each of bike tabatas, step/floor tabatas with recovery, and 2 heavy bag tabatas. Those workouts are
Fun, but gosh, I am soaked!!!! Need to hit the shower for sure! Doubt that I will do anything more this evening,
Unless I do a Jessica indoor walk. We'll see......
 
Today I did a 2 1/2 hour bike ride. I think I'll do another long ride tomorrow. It's about 90 with low humidity. Enjoying the good weather!
 
Hi all!

This afternoon my bf and I biked into town taking a lot of detours. We only went because I wanted American marshmallows for on the grill. Ironically they are cheapest in the Danish shop in town that sells lots of different things for in the house real cheap (www.sostrenegrene.com). I always leave that store with all sorts of random things. Unfortunately they only had mini marshmallows which I still got even though they are useless for s'mores on the grill. [emoji24]

Yesterday 21DFX arrived so tonight Magnus and I tried Upper Body Fix as my legs were exhausted from all the stepping this week and biking and Magnus had both a training and a game last night so his legs were spent too. The w/o consisted of mainly dropsets. Not using reps but time. So 30 sec heavy immediately followed by 30 sec heavy and then 5-10sec break before the next exercise. Moved quite quickly so you do quite a lot in just over 30min and get a decent burn if you challenge yourself.

Saturday's workouts are officially done! I didn't finish up with Jessica, but I did the 20 min Sweatin' in the Spirit
Walking workout w/Donna Richardson. I hadn't done that one in a very long time. IMO, it's a notch higher than
Leslie, with more moves, etc...it's a good little workout. Looking forward to the new Senior class on Live, I
Believe Monday....being a senior & all :). Gosh, I hope Elsie's kitty is doing ok, and I hope Elsie is getting some rest.
I think she mentioned that she had been up all night with Mouser, in a previous post. Been there, done that, and
I know how she feels. Everyone take care....especially the "soon to be new mommy" in the group. :)

Siobhan - thanks for asking. I am actually feeling okay these days. More tired than usual nd still getting used to it, but despite my big bump (feels really big already even though I am only nearly half way) I can still do most things.

Magnus and I were meant to w/o together but we got a late start as I had promised him we would bake bread in the morning and that took quite a long time. We made Italian bread which turned out really yummi, but meant we did not have breakfast until 12. By the time we were ready to w/o it was rather hot in the w/o room and M had to stop after the warm up as he had a bad headache. I did all 6 combo's of Party Rockin Step 2 skipping the finished product as I had to drive Magnus to a bowling thing with his team. I then went back home and did the first 4 combo's of Party Rockin Step 1 (first time ever). Combo 5 was confusing so I stopped and did Xtrain Legs bonus section Barre instead to finish off my legs. Now I need to get ready and make a big spinach strawberry salad for the bbq party with M's team tonight.

Yum Yum, Henriette, the bread & salad sound delicious!!!! I want to make my macaroni salad this afternoon, I
Love macaroni salad :). I just finished my mix of Total Body Giant Sets-Workout Blender Version. About 45 min.
And I followed the same format as the DVD workout, a round of legs, then shoulders, legs again, back/chest, legs
Again & biceps/triceps. I used different segments from different workouts, that's the glory of the
Blender, right Ceci? :). I hope to get in some sort of cardio later....I have to go to the grocery store shortly, probably
Should count that as my cardio workout...it certainly feels like it sometimes!!!! Hey to everybody, enjoy your day,

I went to the store....glad that's done, but first went to the fitness center and did the cardio I was hoping to get in
Today. I used the incline trainer for 20 min workout and then walked the indoor track using the Firm Walk with
Weights audio workout. Only use 1 lb.-wts cause there is a lot of fast arm movements with the walk. Gonna
Tackle my macaroni salad next :)

Today I did Cathe's latest leg workout - minus the last round + part of cardio quick fix. Too many distractions this morning so I had to stop. henriette you are doing well - still working out. wow. so many checkin's this weekend - so good!

Rest days this weekend. Laid in the sun for 2.5 hours yesterday and a little over an hour today after church and Sam's club. It is really hot here today but a nice breeze.

I'm a glutton for punishment....I did Cathes Lower body Blast plus the bonus barre . I was quivering!!! All the pulses and lifts. YIKES!! I'm glad to hear from everyone. Henriette I'm glad you're doing ok. I'm thinking if you too Elsie. Ceci I hope your house/basement gets fixed up soon. Nice workouts everyone. Be well.
 
Very late to the check-in this weekend....been busy and yeah, my kitty isn't doing very well. So sweet of you to think of her.

Such great workouts everyone and your well deserved rest Annette. Glad your feeling good Henriette. :) Your dinner with your Mom ,Peg, sounds so nice!!

Yesterday was a 'rest' & today I did Hasfit 20 minute Biceps (their muscle building program is no joke!) and Suzanne Bowen Cardio torch with bonus abs for a 47 minute workout.
