Hey Everyone,

Today I did a Cathe workout blender lower body workout of low impacts moves. I added on a Rebecca Louise Youtube 8 minute plank workout and then did a cassey ho 10 minutes flex legs stretch.

Have a great day everyone. I work this morning and then will be visiting a friend out of town later today/tonight. I might not get in a workout tomorrow as a result.

Hey all, I'm doing the BM2 today. It's been crazy busy lately but I've squeezed in my workouts. Hope you all had a great weekend! I'll check in as much as I can!
 
BM2 whoa! I've never done more than a premix its so long and tough

Today I did a short 25 minute Cathe Live spin (I stopped a 25 minutes). My DF (bestie) loaned me her spin bike. She never used it. It's a mid range bike and not too bad. spinning was a tough sweatfest. whoa.

Well, I do it on a 6 inch step for the first step portion, and lower it to 4 inches for the power step portion, so there you go....not as tough.
