Good sunday morning ladies - Just smashed out my workout. Stretch Max 2 with stability ball then Zcut workout number 11. Great cardio total body workout using burpees, side lunge hops, commando pushups, etc. I'm going to alternate the zcut cardio workouts with zcut strength every other day for next week or so to see how that works.
S - Im wearing the knee sleeve with every workout and modifying if I have to. I think stretching is helping with overall flexibility, but by evening the knee feels swollen and stiff. I'm no longer taking the public manager courses. Not sure if I will restart those. I applied for an upcoming Leadership Florida class. I have not heard back yet. If I'm accepted it will open up some networking doors state wide and get me some attention from some of the state politicos. Not sure if I mentioned to you all that I was approached to consider running for a local city council seat....my hubby and I prayed on it and decided now was not the time. But I do see myself serving in some sort of local elected capacity.....
