This morning I did SBF streaming Total Body Barre + a 20 minute Tabata Barre workout. I have to be at a funeral (co-worker's mom) by 9am this morning.

I am sorry you have a sad event today, I hope all goes well.
Yesterday I did Yoga Relax, today was Cathe Live Low Imact strength cardio whatever from this week. It was tough. I took her advice and started off with 8 and then went to 10 inches on the step.
Sweaty mess at the moment.

Hi ladies,

Today was LIS Slide and Glide. I am subbing out most of this week on the rotation, I am tired of doing the 4Day split series..
Tomorrow is a total weight day, probably from Cathe Live.
Off to get some party supplies today for DS grad party in a few weeks. Other than that I am not doing anything too dramatic...yet.
 
Hi conni, today I did pub, rwh li hi it #2 and sbf upper body workout. It was a good day! It's raining here. I'm not a big fan of 4 ds. See u tomorrow.
