Today I did another workout blender of Xtrain ride and upper and lower body. It was a sweatfest. I did my own stretch.

Hi Ceci,

More a rest day today. Went to Sam's Club and walked probably more than usual because they are renovating the store everything was in different places so we had to search.

It is really hot today also.

I may work on a walking workout for my class to try and change things, we'll see. I bought a CD with lots of 60's hits most with a good beat might have to put Joseph to work and cut me a new CD.
