Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Yes, I am back and at it again! Today I did TT lower body workout + my own 6 sets of deadlifts and squats + a 20 minute pilates by lisa workout. I am really liking lisa ?.

Elsie - I subscribed for 10 days free but am really enjoying it. it's $25/mth which is steep so I might just keep it for a month or two. I will see. I hope you find a good apartment!

Have a great day everyone. Today I am working - two sessions only + chores around the house.

Thanks for the feedback, Ceci. 25 is a bit steep isn't it? I wish more instructors would do downloads like Leah Sarago etc. Pilates is so good for the back & hips though.
How do you do that workout & then counsel and do chores? You amaze me, girl!! :) Great job today!

Just doing some of my own dynamic stretching today as my hip is really acting up. Did get chores done too. Didn't get to the huge pile of laundry! It'll be there tomorrow. lol.
 
Hi Elsie,

My practice is just 10 minutes from my house so it makes it easy and sessions tend to run about an hour so it's not too much for a saturday. that said, some saturdays I am there for 7 hours straight! I hope you enjoy your stretching.

Today I did TT Upper Body workout + an 8 minute pop sugar tabata workout from youtube + a 12 minute pilates by lisa workout. her stuff is tough. love it.

Great balanced workout again Ceci! Glad to get some feedback regarding PIlates by Lisa as I don't always like pilates or have the patience for it, but it never fails to do nice things to my body, both functionally & in the looks dept. Nothing nicer than good posture!

Hot one here! Got pooped (too much sun) from getting fruit from the fruit trees this morning. Today I did a Step focusing on Hips w-o from fitnessGlo (20 mins) plus added on some jump squats with tubing (5/6 mins).
My workouts have definitely diminished in terms of intensity lately, but I am just glad to be able to get something done. :)
