Siobhan - I could have warned you about that workout. The only part I like is the leg workout...

Today was Crossfire. I did most of the impact stuff on the rebounder and it really works great!!!! I like the workout for the most part. I wasn't that enamored of the last Tabata segment. After the previous segment it seemed like she tacked that on for the heck of it. I am going to try the low impact Tabata in it's place next time, I just didn't get anything out of that one segment. The rest were good, and Cathe was having fun for a change. I am looking forward to a rotation using pieces/parts of this.
Tomorrow is weights, then Monday I will try Two the Max.
