Daily Check in weekend of January 9 & 10th, 2016

Good morning everyone,

Today I did Burn & Build - Paul Katami - about 45minutes + Xtrain 100 rep challenge for shoulders, biceps, triceps and did my own for chest + signature abs - 10 minutes.

A nice long weekend workout.

We are all hitting it pretty hard these days. Enjoy your workouts today ladies.

CeciFifi, I have yet to do one of those 100 rep challenges, how do you feel afterwards?? I want to do the glute one.. hip thrusters or glute bridges, I forget what she calls them, but I'd like to do that one.. hmmm I should work that into the schedule next week.. thanks for the reminder!!

Today, I did ICE Chiseled upper body and some to the mat legs and glutes. It really helped my knee this morning.. I feel I didn't get enough of a sweat though.. but that's all for today!! I have to get ready to go meet some family friends for an outing and then have my boyfriend's work holiday party tonight..

Rest day tomorrow and big football game for me!!!

Hip thrusts: I've done those a few times after my w/o, they are challenging, 100 are a long way to go, when you are done your muscles are really fatigued!
 
Whoa, Sandy, you are fit! I admire anyone who has the patience to learn Cathe's more choreographed step workouts. I have most of them - just don't do them. Some are easy like LIC for me. Great workouts ladies. Dawn - I have done the 100 rep challenges many times. I really like them as add ons.

Today I did AOLIH - my all time favourite cardio. I added on Qinetic (youtube) plyoyouga - OMG - I loved it!!!!!! Loved it! I will try more and even consider buying the set.

Hi everyone,
Yesterday was ICE Chiseled Lower Body Blast with the Blizzard Blast.
Today was Xtrain Biceps and Triceps and Core 1.
Hope you all are having a great weekend.
 
Seriously needed rest day for me!! Last of the holiday parties last night, was fun, but out late. Snuggled in watching football today and enjoying my upper body DOMS from the workout yesterday! Feels good, not too much, but enough in the right spots.. :)
