Good morning everyone,

I have a very early start this morning. I am taking computer classes at my old highschool so I can feel less dependent on my DH. We shall see how it goes. I am in the intermediate level:eek: - yet feel less advanced than that. They might kick me out.

This morning I did burn sets bi's/tri's plus two segments of tabatacise. A really good workout. I might do some ab work later. I will just be hanging around, clearing out kitchen cupboards.

Good morning everyone,

I am running late - need to get in the shower!

This morning I did Supercuts - really liked it - plus 100 rep challenges for lat raises, scarecrows and bicep curls. I will do more later - loving these 100 rep challenges.

Course yesterday was a waste of time. We actually didn't learn anything!!!!!! 2 hours of nothing! And next week is cancelled???? I am dropping out. Bought Windows for dummies instead. I know more than I thought - it turns out - which is good. But wow - so strange to be back in high school. My high school. High school was really fun for me - maybe one of the best times of my life. I was flooded with memories, emotions etc. Wow. Still thinking about it. Woke up this morning and just laid in bed trying to remember each class, from each year, and where it was located. It was all good. I still have a quite a few friends from high school which is nice.

Happy Sunday! I missed two workouts because of working late and date night. Today I did Xtrain bis and tris one of the workouts I missed. Wow, great workouts. My left bi and tri is not as strong as the right. I'm going to concentrate on balancing that.

I am going into week three of this rotation and have noticed my shoulders and arms look more shapely. I still have a ways to go on the mid section. But i'm trying to add more green smoothies during the week.

I really like the Xtrain series. I have not done any 100 reps yet. But of the discs I've done, I like. This week's rotation as a few longer workouts. I'm going to shorten where I can. I just cant see working out for 80 min!
