Hi ladies,

Yes, Siobhan, I just love the Xtrain series as well as the LIS series. Those two really have been effective for me, and have introduced to me the wonders of heavy weight training.

Today was Afterburn and the Med Ball segment from Ab circuits.

DS has an adjudication for violin today, then set construction for the Junior Class play. Here we go, another busy winter going into spring! He will be going from here directly into rehearsals for the High School Musical, in which he has a lead. Also going to New York for an orchestral competition somewhere in all that too.....

I am thinking of more painting......
 
Wow - Conni - so busy is your son. He has a lot of motivation in him. Good for him (and a mommy to help make things happen too!)

Today I did Bob Harper's KB Cardio Shred. I took it easy as my breathing is still not 100%. I added on a 10 minute yoga stretch.

Today I did Muscle Max premix and 1 round of Michael Olajide jump rope/scuplt - around 10 minutes. I had to stop. I was peeing my pants from jump rope. Wow!

Back at it today was 4DS Kickbox, the whole thing.
Looks like I am helping with the school musical this year, hopefully coaching the dancers....
I just love to be busy!
 
Happy Sunday! Just finished 12 min total body of 15 lbd kettlebell alternating with jump rope 30 sec work; 10 sec rest. Added in a 5 min intense total body kettle bell workout I found on youtube by Marcus Martinez. Good finisher. I did one get up on each side using the 15 KB. That is a first. I was wobbly but I did it.

Siobhan I can only jump for 30 to 45 sec tops then I have to stop for at least 10 seconds.
