Good Saturday Morning everyone,

Today I did a mish mosh. I did Hoco - Low Impact + KCM L2BFit - chest/back superset + BJ Gaddour KB Workout - 2 sets = 20 minutes. I did my own stretch and cool down.

Today I did Xtrain Bi's/Tri's + one tabata from TTM + a short segment from Molly Tittle Quick Cut Pilates. Should have taken a rest day cos my heart wasn't in it today.

Hi ladies,

Yesterday I did Cathe Live Scrambled Hiit with Step, and core from Barball Upper body.
Today was RWH Low Impact Hiit one, core one, and stretchmax on the ball.

DH is pretty much the same, we are hopeful the palliative team can give him some comfort from all his pain issues.
I am always skeptical, as nothing has worked yet, but they are there to help to give patients comfort and relieve stress..
