Today I did Cathe Live - a lower body one but I just couldn't do three rounds of everything so I did 2 rounds only - then moved onto BJ Gaddour KB workout - love this guy. He always makes me chuckle.

I did PHA3 today and went for lots of walks. I love all the PHA live workouts!

Hi Siobhan and Henriette! Seems we’re all streaming lately. My poor dvds are patiently waiting for play time. Today I did Yvette Bachman Fat burning cardio core mash up. I’m loving her! I also loved the PHA 3 Henriette. It immediately went into my favorites! Siobhan have you done any Mike Donavanik ?

My daughter is having a birthday party for our dear Lester! He went to the vet today for his shots so this will be a cute little party.
 
How cute... a party for the dog.

Besides walking and my w/o I spent the day baking and taking care of sick little Mick.

Hi girls, today I got in a couple short workouts, did a bike workout with the Virtual Active app and a Cathe
Blender floor cardio workout.

Henriette, I hope Mick is feeling better and you are able to get some rest.

Yeah! Just finished Pumped Upper Body, the latest Cathe Live which was great and Mick woke up from his nap and finally had some milk. Only 3 oz, but since he was sick Friday night he has only been willing to take a few sips, not even 1 oz every time. Before he got sick he drank 5-6oz up to 6 times a day and yesterday I don't think he even managed 5 oz spread across the day so he had me real worried. I kept sending messages and even videos to my sister who is a doctor to check if there was anything else I could be doing. Despite not eating and having diarrhea he was still as happy and smiling as always. He normally loves his milk so I never expected to have days like this. I feel my stomach also not totally okay, so instead of doing cardio I did strength as I really did not want to miss another workout. Last night my bf was throwing up constantly so I think this virus has just hit us hard, but hopefully Mick will start eating more and more again and I can stop worrying.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did a DVD - Paul Katami Build and Burn. I did 30 minutes of that workout and then moved onto my own workout blender of chest/biceps - EDT style.

Henriette - baby's can be ill and happy - not like us adults!

I liked cathe's pumped up upper body but found PHA3 too long - I just can't do that third set. Too much of the same thing for me. I jumped over the third set in each block.

Sorry Henriette that your household is sick. Especially with a small baby.

I have a question for the group. In anticipation of possibly being asked to take the 2nd Silver and Fit class should the trainer currently teaching it needs to cut back his hours more.

I took the warm up songs from 5 of my other workouts added in a few more and created a completely seated cardio routine. I made it a circuit by adding in weight songs and the weight portions will be done standing along with the warmup and cooldown. Complete twist from my normal and even for the seated portions the songs are more modern and a tad faster than what they are used to.

Will this go over well or not?

I haven't burned the CD yet, I will poll the group tomorrow. I did start to sweat trying out the moves and I did not do the weights. It would be like 45 minutes long.

I have done Cathe's Senior Fit classes many times, and they are good workouts and FUN! Several segments of
The workouts are done sitting in a chair, for both upper & lower body toning, and quite effective... good luck.
I envy you being able to teach the classes.

Today, after church, made it to Walmart, and was able to do KCM's Your Best Body workout and Leslie's
Walkblaster workout. Still going a little lighter for my shoulder/neck.

Hi ladies! Annette, I agree with Linda in that you would have to get to know the group. However, who doesn’t like a challenge?! The group might welcome something fresh and invigorating. The weights can be very light and the cardio can be slower if needed. I think you have great ideas, go for it.

Siobhan, I love Paul Katami Build and Burn. He’s so sweet and encouraging.

Henriette how is everyone feeling? I’m sorry your house got hit. How lucky that your sister is a doctor!! Sick babies can be frightening as you don’t always know what’s wrong.

Linda, I don’t have that KCM. Is it toning only? No Waldo’s for me this weekend.

I did some yoga today with Rodney. My right glute is on fire! Very stiff and painful. Not sure what I did.

Hi all!

This house has officially been hit by the stomach flu. I haven't been able to eat since a slice of bread for lunch Sunday which hurt so bad. I was in so much pain during Magnus's game and decided to go to bed at 8 already as I had a fever and the most horrible stomach ache. Mick is still not eating more than a few sips and now I understand why and my bf is also throwing up and unable to keep anything down. What a mess!

Henriette, so sorry about the illness in your home! I hope you are on the mend quickly!

I was pretty slack last week, but I did C&W on Saturday and felt terrific! I'm having a little insomnia tonight....I plan on doing some running this week because the weather is supposed to be lovely.
