Hi Everyone,

I have been MIA - my life is just sooooooo busy. I am working full time + my busy practice + taking a course + trying to find an apartment for my DD in another city etc... It's all been too much. It will calm down in the next 4 weeks yay!

Today I did BJ Gaddour Delta Fit - KB cardio - I used to not be able to finish that workout it was so tough for me. wow. Now, I did the whole thing and added on PUB chest/triceps + Fit Splits chest/tris

I did my own stretch.

Sorry you have the flu annette - so my house has been lucky but it's a doozy.

i hope everyone else is doing well.

henriette - are you back at work now?

Hi Ceci, I do not have the flu, not sure if somebody in this check has it. I will have to go back a day or 2 to see.

Busy can be good as long as you find time somewhere for the fun stuff[emoji3]

Finished cleaning & laundry, Wally World will have to wait till tomorrow hopefully, it's a rainy day here, but

Yes it's my house that got hit by the flu or flu like symptoms, first the kids but thankfully not the baby and then me. Still have a really bad stomach ache and headache so much to my disappointment I am missing my workouts. My body needs to get rid of this bug first. Hate to miss workouts, so I am at least going for a few walks and trying to get my steps in. No fever, just pain and blah...

And yes I returned to work last week, but had to call in sick on Friday. Hopefully I will feel better soon.

PHA3 is another reason why I need to subscribe to Live again. I loved the first two on Live, more than the one on the DVD.

Hi everyone. Henriette I absolutely agree with you about the Live PHA workouts. The DVD didn’t really excite me at all. But the Live class was great. I feel the same way about the cardio core workout- I liked the Live class better than the dvd. I hope your family recovers soon. Lots of fluid and rest.

I had an unexpected rest day again! I forgot about a haircut appointment and had to rush out of the house. Then it was laundry, cleaning and YES....Wally world. It wasn’t too busy but the whole store had a funky smell. Just gross!!!

Anyway, I hope you’re all happy and find yourself exactly where you need or want to be. Love to Elsie.
 
Hey girls, well I ended up finishing another 3 part rotation today! After CatheLive this afternoon, I did Kelly's
Start Here aerobic premix and my something else was a 25 min ab workout. So as Annette says, "I'm spent!" :)
Henriette, hope you feel better soon, and your family too, hope little Mick doesn't get sick....

Today I did Yvette Bachman - her latest one with cardio and biceps. I added in PUB biceps. Long and sweaty.

Sorry you had the flu Henriette. It's been going around my office. It has not hit my house. Thank goodness.

Hey Ceci, when I do several workouts in a day, they are shorter workouts (only on weekends or days off).
That being said, :) , I just finished another 3 part rotation. First I did Cathe STS Meso's Leg blender workout,
About 30 min. Then rested, second was an upper body/ab kettlebell workout from Kelly's Slim Sculpting dvd,
About 25 min. Rest....Then last, my something else was a Virtual Active 10 min. Elliptical workout. So
Only a little over an hour all in all...but everything was fun! I need to practice those 1/2 Turkish Get-ups that
Kelly does on SS. One side I can do with hardly any problem, but the other side is a lot harder and I had to finish
Without the kettlebell..that side must be a lot weaker.

Peg, Walmart was a mess, went after church, people everywhere! That place can really stress me out!

Hi everyone. Linda, I hear you about Waldo’s. It really is stressful going there. I hate it but I do save money. Siobhan I did Yvette today too. It was something like HiiT with step and weights for total body. Man she goes heavy with the upper body! I can NOT lift as heavy as her, ever!! Then when you feel like you arms are wet noodles....push ups, burpees, planks!! Ugh. Still love her though.

Then I actually got my husband to go to the mall with me. That was a surprise. I had coupons that were going to expire. It’s unacceptable to let them go to waste, right Henriette?! I got some great deals! I can’t pass that up. Have a great evening. I hope you feel better soon Henriette. Hello to Missy and Elsie. Miss you.
 
Hi ladies,

Nice to see you all got good workouts in. I wish I could say the same.
My stomach still wasn't feeling right so I did not want to push it, as that will just prolong my recovery, but I did go for many walks and got my steps in every day.

Saturday I also went with Magnus to an open day for his secondary school, which he will start next year. That's years 7 through 13. They expect 200 kids in year 7 next year! We only had 350 kids in the whole of my secondary school!

For the rest it was a weekend of taking it easy and getting caught up with laundry and enjoying time with my boys. Also did some baking... made the carrot cake with cream cheese frosting again, but baked it in cupcakes. So good, but also so bad now that I could not workout.
