Hi ladies,

Just finished Cathe Live Low Impact Hiit Circuit from Thursday. It was fun and just what I need before rehearsal today.
Last week I had the cast doing air jacks during warm up, lololol!
 
Hi Conni,

Today I did Cathe's Muscle Endurance. I haven't done that in a looooooooooooooong time. Loved it! I added on Anni's Fierce Force core circuit instead of doing Cathe's abs.

I just haven't been getting to Cathe Live lately. Whyyyy????

Hi Conni,

Today I did JNL Fusion Fat Blast. I add small weights to kick my butt. Next, I did KB - Bell Babe workout - 20 minutes of segments. Each segment is only 2-3 minutes.

It was a good rehearsal, Siobhan. Started Marian the Librarian, I have these kids doing all kinds of neat things with books, tables, chairs, you name it, this piece is going to get crazy..

Today was Cathe Live Total Body Sculpt. I am a shakin......
