!st show went great, audience loved it and the author was there!! Round two this evening..

Today was Cathe Live High Intensity Aerobic Weight training with Step. Great sweatfest.

Cleaning out the Fridge today...how exciting...
 
Hi Conni,

I just finished my workout. I did a Mike Chang Six-pack shortcut workout(s) which included:
push-up/squat challenge, shortcut tabata, chest/triceps + shoulders superset - it took about 1 hour.

Your son is defo having a ball.

Good workout from us both today. Have a great day everyone.
 
Ok, I took a brisk 40 minute walk with my neighbor and we had a good chat while walking. It was a nice evening and I hadn't done anything today so it felt good to get outside..
 
Hi Everyone,

This morning I did a Mike Chang Lower Body Tabata Workout (4 rounds) + Cathe's Xtrain Cardio Blast - first 20 minutes after the warm up. I needed Cathe's music and energy to motivate me this morning.

Looks like we are all getting in some fitness this weeked :)

I am on vacation for the next week so will try to check in.

Today was supposed to be Cathe Live, but my computer decided to download the new Windows 10 instead.
I did MMA Kickbox instead!
