Hi ladies,

Well, they are going to move DH up to the Clinic, probably Monday.
It does get hard not having answers, but when you have MS, getting no answer becomes the norm. I don't even think about it too much anymore, I am just hoping they can do something to give him some relief.
Today was yoga - I did Core Fusion Pilates Plus ( thanks Siobhan!). I liked it, but I am still not sure about the wall moves. Good workout for a rest day.

Somehow everything works out, it has to. The plan that has been laid for us becomes clearer as time goes on and circumstances lay the foundation for the next step. We as humans have a tendency to veer all over the road, but the man upstairs keeps us in the right direction.

Good morning everyone.

Conni - when I do Core Fusion workouts, I actually feel skinnier! Those wall moves get me deep in the core. They are tough tough tough for me.

Carmen - glad to see you got in a workout. I don't think I've tired SP90 legs. His stuff is tough (but dull and quick for me).

Annette - I still hope things workout for you.

Today I did KCM's TLC (premix of both combined - 47 minutes). Next I did Mike Donavanik's Extreme Burn workout 1 abs. They are similar to P90X abs ripper I find.

Conni - I am sorry to hear things have been a bit tough and uncertain for you this week. I sure hope things get figured out soon. I am reading a book right now by Gabor Mate (Hungarian Cdn physician) entitled the stress-disease connection. MS is widely discussed (as are other auto-immune illnesses and cancer). Interesting stuff. And yes, I have an interesting job. I don't move into counselling full-time 'cos I really enjoy my job, it's down the road from my house and it pays well. it's a city job need I say more?

I think we are the lone check in girls this weekend!

DH is going up to the clinic Monday. I am hopeful they can help. I probably won't see him until Wednesday, due to the distance, my work, DS's golf season,and taking care of Sherman. I feel terrible about that, but I can only do so much, I guess.

Today was Mike D.'s Extreme Burn workout 1. I was going to do the extreme workout, but then he said, "And now we start workout 2". I thought, "holy moly, workout one was quite enough, thank you!" Very fast paced, but a workout I would love to master. From there I went on to SYTYCD Cardio Funk with Travis Wall, just to get dancy, then the stretch. I am going to feel this tomorrow, I think!
 
I live on the top floor of my condo building

It is incredibly warm up here even with two AC's running. I was getting antsy, and the weather in NYC cooled down a bit, so I started with cardio yesterday. I know I have to begin slowly after so many months of not doing any cardio. I did forty-five minutes of LoMax today, and I am sorry to say I did it on a six inch step. Next will be my arms, and then some yoga. Thank you for reading.
 
Hi Ladies - sorry I missed out yesterday. No workout yesterday. Today I did ZWOW #31 (Zuzana formerly from bodyrock.tv). That is one tough workout. My time was 25:52.

We are awaiting the storm here. We are under tropical storm warning with tornado watch. The winds are starting to pick up now. No rain yet, thick cloud cover. We were going to go see a movie but lots of cancellations including schools and my offices are closed tomorrow :)

Hi Everyone,

I'm checking in late today.

I started the morning off with a bike ride with the kids and DH. Ceci wanted to try out her new bike! Later in the afternoon I did KCM Circuit burn. I haven't done that one in a looooooooooong while. KCM back to back! I like her but just here and there. I am not a huge fan of her weight or step workouts at all!

Conni - I can sympathize. There is only so much you can do. The distance of the hospital is difficult so hopefully you all manage it. I hope this is over quickly for you all.

Carmen - I checked out your workout. That is tough. I do not do burpees! everrrrrrrr! Too much work.

I've had a blah kind of day. I had an uneventful day - but we all hung out so that was nice. See you all tomorrow.
