Hi ladies,

Siobhan- I have done something similar and am seeing the bloating look and feeling just go away.
The activia ended up giving me an endless trip to the restroom, so I cut that out, along with most carbs (not my morning fiber cereal), most sweets and anything after dinner. I am feeling so much better!
Great minds think alike!

Today was KPC minus the last combo, my mind really wanders in this workout and I was just sweating so much!

Off to the Bridgestone Tournament with DS today, looking forward to a great day of golf!
 
Looky this might be 2 Saturdays in a row, whoo hoo for me!!

I did a Taebo Express Kicks then did the Punching premix off of KCM's 30 Min. to Fitness-Kickboxing.:D;)

Today is my oldest son's 21 birthday!!:D:eek: And our family reunion so I am glad I got the workout in because of all the potential eating later.

Today was Bob Harper Yoga Warrior - Love this one! I felt stretched, worked but it was a good level, not too easy or too hard.

Doing normal stuff today, nothing too crazy..
